Job Title: COMMI CHEF Location: Delhi Industry: Agriculture / Fresh Produce / HORECA Experience: 0-1 Years (Mandatory COMMI Experience) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Upto 25k (depend on interview performance & experience) About the Role: The Commi Chef will be involved in day-to-day kitchen preparation work including chopping, cutting, sorting of ingredients, and assisting the team in filling and packing food items as per standards. The role requires hands-on support to the kitchen operations while ensuring hygiene, quality, and timely execution of tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform chopping, cutting, peeling, and sorting of vegetables and raw materials Assist the team in filling, packing, and labeling food items Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and work area Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Support timely preparation and dispatch of food items Key Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commi Chef or similar role Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards Ability to work in shifts and handle repetitive tasks Willingness to follow instructions and learn Preferred Skills Basic knife skills and safe handling of kitchen tools Ability to work as part of a team Good time management and attention to detail Physically fit for standing and manual work Positive attitude and eagerness to learn To Apply: Please send your resume to [Confidential Information] with the subject line: Application COMMI CHEF (F&V).
