a Technical Project Manager you will leverage your extensive Agile Project Management experience to drive the Teams IT and Business leadership towards operational efficiency The products you support will uphold the high-performance culture at Eurofins and as a Project Manager you will interface with the Scrum teams Business and IT Leadership who will look up to you for support and guidance every day This role reports to Senior Director IT Solutions and might involve international travel 10 Primary Responsibilities In this role as Project Manager you will be responsible for developing and driving the Agile process acting as Scrum Master and influencing cross functional teams drive the operational KPI s Support product deployments and collaborate with global teams to front end key strategic initiatives The individual will be part of leadership team and collaborate with geographically distributed teams Specific Assignments Providing support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example as Scrum Master This person should personify Scrum and Agile Development methodologies Provides strategic consultation to Business and IT leadership recommendations and manages the Operational KPI s for the portfolio of Products Defines priorities elaborates roadmaps and ensures that project deliverables are in line with the business requirements delivered on schedule and meeting the quality standards defined Responsible for inputs on team members for performance appraisal Report to Project Steering Committee as per the schedule This includes both functional reports to the Program Director and Project status reports for senior management review Upto date on the AI adoption and tools for effective project management Support Organization goal of adopting tenets of high performing organization and other initiatives in the journey to be Great place to work Skills required Strong experience in driving project execution adoption Agile project management methodologies Strong background of multi-tasking prioritizing the tasks and outcomes Strong experience in influencing and facilitation to getting the work done without coercion assigning or dictating the work Strong experience with Agile development environment and tools Strong orientation towards data driven insight and cost optimization Experience working with stakeholders preferably with US and Europe Passionate about Project management with very good communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or master s in engineering Computer Science or MBA or equivalent Minimum 12 years of experience in IT Application Software development with at least 3 years in project management role Experience of at least 1 enterprise application from concept to delivery Working experience with Product development organizations of Pedigree Tech Stack Power BI Excel Microsoft Project Visio Azure DevOps SQL Azure Cloud Azure DevOps AI tools Additional Information Personal
