Position Summary Level: Senior Solution Advisor As an experienced Senior Solution Advisor at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and document business and functional requirements related to IAM and SailPoint IIQ/ ISC. - Designing and architecting SailPoint IIQ/ ISC solutions tailored to specific organizational needs, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. - Developing connectors and integrations between SailPoint and various enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. - Creating and customizing workflows, rules, and lifecycle event triggers to automate identity governance processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications. - Defining and implementing policies to enforce access controls, role-based access, and other security measures within the SailPoint environment. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation. - Diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to SailPoint IIQ, including performance, integration, and access-related problems. - Ensuring that SailPoint solutions align with security best practices and relevant compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR). - Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures. The Team: Digital Trust & PrivacyCyber Identity practice helps organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to protect their information and confidential data, as well as help them build their businesses and supporting technologies to be more secure, vigilant, and resilient. The Cyber Identity team delivers services to clients through following key areas of IAM: - IAM Strategy and Road Map - Enterprise Application Onboarding - User Lifecycle Management - Compliance Management - Password Management - Automated Provisioning - Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) - ITSM tools Integration - Advanced Authentication Methods - Privileged Access Management The Cyber Identity team aims to provides thought leadership to organizations to help them create a seamless user experience for business users while protecting enterprise assets and applications and enabling efficient and optimized use of technology in the IAM domain. Qualifications: Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications: - Minimum 7-9 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/ ISC including Application Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, Access Certifications, Reports, Roles, Workflows, Rules etc. - Real time project experience on client engagements within Identity and Access Management domain across clients based out of US or other geographies globally. - Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts such as Provisioning, Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Segregation of Duties (SOD) Policies, Password Management. - Experience working on at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++ etc. - Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. - Experience in creating test scripts, test plan and conduct and/or supervise unit testing, QA testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, smoke testing etc. Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications: - Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts beyond IGA such as Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Federated Access, Privileged Access Management (PAM) - Experience working with platforms such as Active Directory, Mainframe (RACF, ACF2, TopSecret etc.), Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, DB2, PostgreSQL etc. - Experience working with enterprise applications such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Salesforce etc. - Experience working with REST/SOAP based webservices and/or SCIM/SCIM 2.0 - Experience with participating and leading requirements gathering activities. - Experience in creating documentation such as architecture diagrams, user journeys, application design documents etc. - Certifications: CISSP, PMP, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer Education: - BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Kolkata/ Chennai Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
