Job Description
Position:Sales Executive (Tech)
Experience Required:23 Years in IT / Cybersecurity / SaaS Sales
Location:Bhopal
Employment Type:Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold outreach.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual and on-site) to understand business requirements and present tailored IT/Cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team for accurate solution mapping and proposals.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, demos, and proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and latest IT/Cybersecurity technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 23 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Tech Sales (Cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT Services preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
