About The Role This position is perfect for someone who loves digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and turning information into stories that matter. We're looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is curious, detail-oriented and excited about learning how data can shape real-world decisions. In this role, you'll team up with experienced analysts and collaborate across departments to explore and make sense of large datasets. You'll get hands-on practice with collecting and cleaning data, building clear visualizations, and helping create reports that highlight opportunities and drive smarter strategies. You will work with real-time industry data, giving you practical exposure to how insights are applied in real business environments. You'll also gain an inside look into how the Customer Experience (CX) industry works and see firsthand how being data-driven helps companies grow, improve operations and serve customers better. You will strengthen your skills in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities - Work with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and organize large datasets. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support business decisions. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance indicators. - Assist in developing data pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs. - Support in applying statistical methods and data-driven techniques to solve real business problems. - Handle ad hoc data requests by exploring available datasets and applying the right analytical techniques. - Collaborate with multiple teams to present findings in a clear, structured way to both technical and business audiences. - Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and industry trends, experimenting with ways they can be applied to improve analysis and reporting. Must-Have Qualifications - Currently pursuing or Recently Passed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills, solid foundation in data analysis techniques and statistical concepts. - Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (Python preferred). - Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase. - Ability to work with large datasets, including collecting, cleaning, and organizing data for analysis. - Familiarity with APIs and interest in leveraging AI tools as well as staying updated with the latest AI and industry trends. - Effective communication skills to clearly present ideas and insights to technical and leadership teams. Preferred Qualifications - Prior internship or project experience working with real-world datasets. - Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for quick data manipulation and reporting. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data storage and analytics. - Experience building dashboards or interactive reports using BI tools. - Exposure to API integrations and automation workflows. - A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
