Ensure full compliance with all HSE procedures, conducting regular safety checks and leading toolbox talks. Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and project management teams to meet construction milestones. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines and cost control. Manage material logistics, equipment deployment, and resource planning for both offshore and onshore sites. Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, inspection records, and client communications. Ensure construction quality meets contractual and regulatory requirements across all project environments.
