PX Mentor

Job Description

We're building a PX Cohort that helps designers move beyond visuals and become outcome-driven professionals. Our program combines UX fundamentals, psychology, research, and data-driven design with conversion-focused methods (CRO) to prepare designers for real product challenges.

We're looking for an experienced Mentor/Instructor to guide our learners through this journey.

Responsibilities

- Teach and facilitate live weekend sessions (45 hours per week)
- Mentor students on:
- UX foundations (research, flows, wireframing, prototyping)
- UX psychology & behavioral principles
- UX copywriting and micro-interactions
- Conversion-focused design (CRO) and usability improvements
- Making design decisions from qualitative & quantitative research
- Review and give feedback on student projects and portfolios
- Support learners in connecting UX work with business outcomes

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design
- Strong understanding of UX psychology, CRO, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to analyze user behavior and make data-driven design decisions
- Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or conducting workshops
- Excellent communication skills able to explain complex ideas simply
- Availability for part-time, weekend sessions (remote-friendly)

Role Details

- Type: Part-time (remote-friendly)
- Commitment: 4-5 hours/week for 10 weeks (extendable)
