- Marketing Coordinator Position Marketing Coordinator Department Marketing Reporting To Marketing Manager MD Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in planning executing and monitoring marketing campaigns events and promotional activities This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate between internal teams vendors and clients to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns Coordinate with sales product and design teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives Manage content updates for company website brochures and digital platforms Handle social media posts email campaigns and online promotions Organize and execute events trade shows exhibitions and product launches Prepare marketing reports presentations and dashboards to track campaign performance Maintain and update the marketing database client contacts and promotional materials Support market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Liaise with external vendors printers media agencies and suppliers for timely execution of tasks Monitor budgets and ensure marketing expenses are within approved limits Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role Strong communication oral and written and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and digital marketing tools Knowledge of social media platforms and basic graphic designing tools e g Canva Photoshop is an advantage Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented proactive and a good team player Key Competencies Organizational and planning skills Creative thinking and problem-solving ability Teamwork and collaboration Analytical mindset with attention to detail Customer-focused approach Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Experience Marketing 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Location Tiruchirappalli Tamil Nadu Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
