Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive, technically inclined, and self-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell products such as Diesel Generators, Retrofit Emission Control Devices (RECDs), and Dual Fuel Kits across the Delhi & NCR region. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or industrial sales, particularly in sectors related to power, clean energy, engineering, or automotive emissions. This role involves field sales, client meetings, technical presentations, and building long-term business relationships, especially with industries, commercial facilities, and environmental solution providers.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development: Identify potential clients in industrial areas, commercial buildings, hospitals, and real estate projects. Promote the company’s product line including Diesel Generators, RECDs (in line with CPCB norms), and Dual Fuel Conversion Kits. Conduct field visits and cold calls to generate leads and inquiries. Convert leads into sales through presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management. 2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and channel partners. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, order confirmations, deliveries, and payments. Provide after-sales support in coordination with the technical team. 3. Marketing & Promotion: Represent the company in trade shows, expos, exhibitions, and technical seminars (if applicable). Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and datasheets. Suggest new marketing strategies or customer engagement ideas based on field feedback. Conduct market surveys to gather competitive intelligence and customer preferences. 4. Technical Understanding: Understand technical features, specifications, emission norms, and applications of each product. Provide basic technical demonstrations to clients and liaise with the engineering team for advanced queries. Stay updated on government regulations and environmental compliance related to emissions and fuel technologies. 5. Reporting and CRM: Maintain updated records of leads, client communications, visits, and deal status using CRM tools or Excel sheets. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Monitor market trends and suggest product or service improvements based on customer feedback.Key Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills (in English and Hindi). Knowledge of diesel engines, emission control systems, and fuel conversion technologies. Negotiation and deal-closing ability. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a field-oriented role. Familiarity with government schemes, CPCB guidelines, or PUC norms is a strong advantage. Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and using basic CRM tools. Personal Attributes: Target-oriented with a strong work ethic. Professional, well-groomed, and confident during client interactions. Willing to travel extensively across Delhi & NCR region.
