About the Role Smartskills Bits Bytes P Ltd a leading skill development organization is seeking a dedicated Employability Skills Trainer to join our team in Dibrugarh Assam This is a residential training program aimed at empowering candidates with essential skills for career growth The role involves delivering training in a hybrid mode combining online and offline classes to ensure flexibility and effective learning Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging training sessions on the following NSQF-aligned topics Digital Literacy Basics of computer operations MS Office usage internet navigation email etiquette and introduction to digital tools for productivity Soft Skills Effective communication teamwork problem-solving time management and workplace etiquette to enhance interpersonal skills Spoken English Listening speaking reading and writing skills focusing on conversational English pronunciation and vocabulary building for professional settings Employability Skills Resume writing interview skills workplace professionalism constitutional values diversity and inclusion and financial literacy to prepare candidates for employment Conduct hybrid training sessions online and offline to accommodate diverse learning needs Assess trainee progress provide constructive feedback and ensure alignment with NSQF standards Collaborate with the training team to develop and update training materials as per industry requirements Support candidates in achieving learning objectives and preparing for job opportunities Candidate Requirements Educational Qualification Minimum Graduate from a recognized university Experience At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in training or skill development with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in Digital Literacy Soft Skills Spoken English or Employability Skills Age Between 27 and 36 years as of 20 June 2025 Location Preference Candidates must be from nearby areas in Assam who can comfortably commute to Dibrugarh Accommodation may be provided subjected to management s approval for this residential training program if needed Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in hybrid teaching methods and familiarity with NSQF-aligned training frameworks Additional Details Work Location Dibrugarh Assam Training Mode Hybrid Online and Offline Classes Program Type Residential Training Program Why Join Us Opportunity to empower candidates through impactful skill development programs Be part of a dynamic team committed to bridging the skill gap in Assam Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
