Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Stock Auditor to oversee and ensure the accuracy of inventory within our liquor warehouse operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular audits reconciling discrepancies and implementing effective inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and compliance with regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Inventory Auditing Conduct regular physical counts of liquor inventory including bonded and non-bonded stock Reconcile physical counts with inventory records and investigate discrepancies Monitor inventory levels and report significant variances to management Compliance and Reporting Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements pertaining to liquor storage and distribution Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings discrepancies and recommendations Coordinate with compliance officers to address any regulatory concerns Process Improvement Analyze current inventory control systems and suggest enhancements for efficiency Implement corrective actions to address identified issues in inventory management Train warehouse staff on best practices for inventory handling and record-keeping Technology Utilization Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to track stock movements Maintain updated records of inventory transactions and adjustments Risk Management Identify potential risks related to inventory handling and propose mitigation strategies Monitor for signs of theft damage or loss and take appropriate action Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory auditing preferably within the liquor or beverage industry Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to FMCG or liquor storage and distribution Preferred Skills Experience with data analysis tools and techniques Familiarity with various inventory management software Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong ethical standards and integrity Working Conditions Physical demands include standing for extended periods Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures within warehouse environments May require travel between multiple warehouse locations Application Process Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to hr radha-group in or whatsapp on 8380978593 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
