Introduction We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and compassionate full-time house help and caretaker to manage household responsibilities and provide care for an elderly family member. The ideal candidate will assist with daily chores, cooking, gardening, and personal care for an older adult with knee issues. This role requires multitasking ability, patience, attention to detail, and a caring attitude. Key Responsibilities 1. Caretaking & Elderly Assistance Assist the elderly family member with mobility, walking, and daily routines. Provide support in medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Monitor the health and well-being of the elderly member and report any concerns. Ensure a safe environment to prevent falls or accidents. 2. Cooking & Kitchen Management Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals according to family preferences. Ensure meals are healthy, hygienic, and served on time. Wash utensils, clean kitchen surfaces, and maintain overall kitchen hygiene. Manage grocery inventory and inform the family when supplies are low. 3. Household Chores & Cleaning Clean and maintain bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, and other spaces. Do laundry, ironing, and folding of clothes. Keep the house organized and tidy at all times. 4. Gardening & Outdoor Maintenance Maintain the garden, water plants, and perform basic landscaping tasks. Keep outdoor spaces clean and orderly. 5. Family Support & Miscellaneous Tasks Assist family members with errands or household tasks as required. Be proactive in maintaining a smooth daily household routine. Follow family instructions and routines carefully. Required Skills & Competencies Caretaking Skills: Experience in assisting elderly individuals with mobility or health issues. Cooking Skills: Ability to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Housekeeping Skills: Cleaning, laundry, kitchen hygiene, and organization. Gardening Skills: Basic knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance. Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing household chores, standing for cooking, and gardening. Compassion & Patience: Friendly, caring, and respectful attitude towards family members.
