Key Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding study options in Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe, including universities, courses, tuition fees, admission requirements, and career outcomes. Provide end-to-end support for application and visa processes, including SOP guidance, documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation. Keep up-to-date with changing immigration and visa policies of each destination country. Assist in university application submissions and coordinate with partner institutions abroad. Communicate with embassies, universities, and visa offices as needed. Organize information sessions, webinars, and one-on-one counseling to promote overseas education. Maintain accurate records of student applications, communications, and follow-ups. Work towards monthly targets for student enrollments and visa approvals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Counseling, or International Relations preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education counseling or visa consultancy. Strong knowledge of student visa processes for Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia, and Europe. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Familiarity with university portals, visa applications, and student documentation. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred: - Experience in B2C sales within the immigration industry. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
