Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Approach and assist dealership visitors understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles Product Knowledge Maintain expertise on vehicle features technology and benefits to effectively explain them to customers Sales Process Conduct vehicle demonstrations facilitate test drives and guide customers through the complete sales cycle from lead to closure Negotiation Closing Negotiate pricing and financing options to secure sales Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction before and after the sale Lead Generation Generate new business opportunities through networking and managing leads Market Awareness Stay informed about market trends inventory and dealership promotions Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate records and manage customer information using a CRM system Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to provide the best customer experience Required Skills Qualifications Communication Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills Product Expertise Strong knowledge of vehicle specifications financing and industry trends Customer Focus A commitment to customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships Sales Acumen Ability to identify needs present solutions negotiate and close deals Technical Proficiency Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and tracking progress Adaptability Ability to work independently take initiative and manage time effectively Ethics Professional and ethical conduct in all business dealings Qualifications Bachelor s degree or a related field is preferred Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month
