Job Description We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director to work with a leading digital advertising agency in Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and execute creative campaigns for digital, print, and branding initiatives. - Work closely with the marketing and communication teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories. - Develop design layouts, presentations, social media creatives, infographics, brochures, and advertisements. - Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets while elevating the company's visual identity. - Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh creative ideas. - Guide junior designers and provide creative direction when needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 2-7 years of professional design experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools. - Knowledge of UI/UX basics and digital media best practices is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
