Job Description About Us: Soul AI is a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, with a strong founding team from IITs, NITs, and BITS. We specialize in delivering high-quality human-curated data, AI-first scaled operations services, and more. Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact. About the Role We are looking for an Editor to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on engineering and infrastructure tasks. In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models. Responsibilities - Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, style, and accuracy. - Ensure content aligns with AI training needs and quality standards. - Annotate and evaluate AI-generated content for editorial quality. - Provide detailed feedback to improve AI writing and editing capabilities. - Collaborate with content creators and AI teams to refine outputs. Requirements - Strong command of English grammar and editorial standards. - Experience in editing technical or AI-related content preferred. - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - Enthusiasm to make foundational AI models perform better. - Background in English, Journalism, or related field. NOTE: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to 1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to 90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
