- Basic liaisoning skills and regulatory knowledge of QSR.
- Familiarity with essential licenses required for NSOs (FSSAI, Trade, S&E, Pollution).
- Understanding of store operations and QSR compliance, including state-specific license display norms.
- Coordination with local city police for smooth operations and business continuity.
- Regular site visits to monitor hygiene and store-related concerns.
- Strong knowledge of the Rajasthan and Haryana regions, including liaisoning with FSO, Health, and Pollution officers.
- Experience with FOSCOS for FSSAI license applications.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
