- Credit Officer Microfinance Industry Position Credit Officer Age Limit Below 30 years Qualification Any Degree ITI Location Branch Level Field Operations Department Operations Key Responsibilities 1 Client Sourcing Group Formation Identify and source potential clients within the assigned area Conduct village area surveys to identify eligible women clients for Joint Liability Groups JLG Form groups and conduct CGT Compulsory Group Training as per company guidelines 2 Field Verification Visit clients households and business locations for field-level verification FOCPV Assess client business income stability repayment capacity and loan purpose 3 Loan Processing Collect required documents from clients and ensure KYC accuracy Submit complete application forms to branch for loan proposal processing Support credit appraisal by sharing correct field information 4 Loan Disbursement Coordinate with branch team during loan disbursement Ensure clients receive loan amounts safely and understand repayment norms 5 Collection Recovery Ensure timely weekly monthly repayment collection from clients Maintain 100 on-time collection and zero overdue Follow up with overdue clients and execute recovery procedures ethically 6 Portfolio Management Monitor assigned centers groups regularly Maintain quality portfolio with minimal PAR NPA Update branch manager about field issues client behaviour and operational risks 7 Documentation Reporting Maintain field diary visit planner and daily reports Ensure accuracy in attendance route plan and client-level updates Submit daily collection sheets and MIS updates to the branch 8 Compliance Process Adherence Follow all MFI operational policies lending norms and RBI guidelines Ensure transparency ethical field behaviour and proper customer communication Avoid deviations in client selection loan utilization or documentation Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic numerical and record-keeping ability Two-wheeler driving ability preferred valid license Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork Ability to handle clients and group meetings effectively Additional Requirements Age Below 30 years strict compliance Qualification Any Degree or ITI minimum Candidates from local area village preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 21 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
