We are focused in technology innovation to accelerate the digital transformation of our customers, end users with a modern process driven development cycle ensuring high quality and scalable solutions that is compliant, secure, high performance and reliable. - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Taleo (Recruiting and Onboarding). - Strong proficiency in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) development and integration. - Proven experience in creating OBI / Business Object reports. - Experience integrating with PeopleSoft through SOA middleware. - Solid understanding of solution design, architecture principles, and downstream impacts. - Expertise in XSLT, projections, and the Taleo data model. - Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. - Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
