We&aposre Hiring: Influencer Marketing Intern

Type: PAID INTERNSHIP

Location: Gurgaon | Duration: 3 months

We&aposre looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern whos not just excited about trends but is already part of the conversation. If you&aposre a content creator yourself, love building community, and are ready to lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, this is your playground.

Youll have the freedom to lead this vertical, backed by mentorship from the founders and the brand/content teams.

What Youll Do:

- Lead influencer collaborations from outreach to execution, micro, macro, mega and celebrity.
- Plan digital campaigns that build buzz.
- Craft scroll-stopping content (reels, stories, posts, emailers) or guide creators in doing so.
- Build relationships with creators across niches and keep the brand top of mind.
- Track performance and learn what works then do more of it.
- Collaborate closely with founders and content/design teams to shape the brand voice and narrative.

You&aposre the Right Fit If You:

- Are already a content creator with an eye for what works and a feed to prove it.
- Love leading with ideas but can also roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Know how to write copy that converts and content that connects.
- Can use tools like Canva, Meta Suite, Buffer, or similar to execute fast and smart.
- Stay on top of trends but know when to keep it rooted in authenticity.
- Are both analytical and creative, you read DMs and dashboards.

Bonus: Youve led influencer campaigns or partnerships (even small ones) before. You&aposre a natural community builder and love engaging with followers and creators.
