Job Title: Automation QA Engineer (Java) Experience Required: 7+yrs Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and CI/CD tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining robust automation frameworks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Maven - Perform API testing using tools like REST Assured and Postman - Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools - Collaborate with developers, QA team, and DevOps to ensure seamless test execution and reporting - Write and execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects using tools like JIRA - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives - Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing - Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency. Required Skills: - Strong programming skills in Java - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket - Good understanding of BDD frameworks like Cucumber - Experience in API testing using REST Assured - Familiarity with SQL and database validation - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - ISTQB or equivalent QA certification - Experience with cloud-based testing platforms - Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus
