For company profile, please visit the website :- www.assystemstup.com Job Description Minimum 10 Years Experience in the field of Detail Design Consultant (DDC), EPC, verification, and validations of site works etc. for Metro, Railways, Tunnel, Underground Structures, Airport and Railways, Residential, Commercial, Industrial Building (Specially Elevated station Minimum 5 Year's). Essential Responsibilities:- Engineer Mechanical (HVAC) Component will be responsible for following: - Manage the HVAC-Mechanical design team & QA of Mechanical design. - Interaction with client for any technical meeting provides technical solutions to progress the site activities. - Specialized in Troubleshooting during coordination and resolving the clashes during virtual model review and suggesting alternative design options aligned with energy saving and value engineering. - Having Basic knowledge of Modelling, Drafting, detailing and coordination's using latest BIM software's like Revit-MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, AutoCAD and also good knowledge and coordination capability of multi trades like Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting. Following the National and International Codes & Standards as ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC, NBC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, IS, IEC etc. - Ensure schedule and cost considerations are included in design decisions, while maintaining primary responsibility to assure safe and appropriate quality designs. - Expertise in mechanical modelling softwares HAP. - Preparation of Design Basis Reports, Heat Load And Ventilation Calculations, Ducting & Piping Design Calculations, Air Flow Diagrams, Ducting and Pipe Routings, Selection of Equipment. - Good knowledge of VRV system for metro and buildings. - Preparation of Equipment Schedules and Bill of Quantities. - Assisted Project Manager in preparing Specifications, Technical Data Sheets, evaluating Vendor Documents for Chillers, AHUs and Cooling Towers. Conversant with International Codes and Standards such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, CIBSE, SMACNA, DW144, and NFPA Qualifications B.
