Your Role As an Executive Chef in the Food and Beverage team, you will monitor food production processes, implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. You will establish and enforce standard operating procedures for food preparation and safety, ensuring high standards are consistently met. Your role will involve optimising kitchen operations and workflow to maximise productivity, while overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals to maintain consistency and quality. About You - Monitor food production processes and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. - Experienced in multiple Cusine, Gourmet cuisine and plating - Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for food preparation and safety. - Ensure efficient kitchen operations and optimise workflow to maximise productivity. - Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring consistency and quality. - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
