About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions that align with our clients business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and customizations. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the requirement to be present at our offices in Pune, Bangalore, or Mumbai twice a week. The role operates on a US shift schedule (4 pm - 1:30 am IST), and the initial contract is for six months with the possibility of extension up to a year. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have between 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. A strong foundation in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS is essential. Candidates must possess a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification at minimum, with Dev II certification preferred. Experience working with integration tools such as Mulesoft, Jitterbit, or Boomi is advantageous. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Git, or ANT is also required. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are critical for success in this role. A solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules is necessary to ensure robust and secure solutions. Responsibilities - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs to meet client requirements. - Configure and manage Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes to optimize business processes. - Handle integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, utilizing middleware tools when necessary. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ensure all development work adheres to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Manage deployment processes and release cycles utilizing CI/CD tools to ensure smooth and efficient updates. - Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and features, recommending enhancements and improvements to existing solutions. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality deliverables.
