Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for office and real estate projects. - Coordinate with developers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution. - Oversee on-site execution and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. - Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and technical documents. - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. - Skill Set Required: - Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). - Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site execution. - Creative design thinking with attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines. - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
