About The Company Aras client is a leading IT solutions provider offering Applications Business Process Outsourcing BPO and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow domain and process expertise The accolades has been garnering can be attributed to their undeterred focus in delivering quality solutions across verticals that meet the challenging requirements of their esteemed customers It has been recently felicitated by the Economic Times as the most distinguished digital company 2015 They have also been ranked 29 of 100 largest financial technology vendors by American Banker and BAI in the FinTech Forward Top 100 rankings The Role We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic Data Analytics team The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing developing and deploying interactive data visualizations reports and dashboards using Power BI This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and a deep understanding of Power BI functionality and best practices Key Responsibilities Report Development Design develop and implement interactive Power BI reports dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making Data Modeling Build efficient data models including data integration from multiple sources SQL Excel cloud services etc ensuring accuracy and efficiency Data Transformation Use Power Query M Language and DAX Data Analysis Expressions to manipulate and transform data optimizing queries for performance and scalability Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements gather feedback and iterate on dashboard and report designs Optimization Optimize Power BI solutions for performance scalability and usability across various devices and platforms Automation Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts Troubleshooting Support Provide troubleshooting maintenance and support for existing Power BI reports and dashboards Training Documentation Create and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on how to interact with and utilize Power BI reports effectively Compliance Security Ensure reports and dashboards comply with data security privacy standards and company policies Skills Required Power BI Expert in creating custom visualizations report building publishing and sharing reports using Power BI Service DAX Data Analysis Expressions Strong command over DAX for creating complex formulas aggregations and calculated columns measures Power Query M Language Proficient in using Power Query Editor for data cleansing transformation and shaping SQL Solid understanding of SQL for extracting and managing data from relational databases Data Visualization Strong understanding of best practices in data visualization design storytelling and user experience Cloud Technologies Optional Experience with cloud platforms Azure AWS etc and data integration with cloud-based data sources Knowledge of other BI tools Tableau QlikView etc is a plus Familiarity with data warehousing data lakes and big data technologies Experience with Python R or other programming languages for advanced analytics Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query M Language Experience with Power BI Service Power BI Report Server and Power BI Desktop Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and querying along with experience integrating various data sources Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL process Qualifications Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus 5 Years of relevant experience Required Skills Power Bi Developer Python Sql DAX Power Query Data VisualizationEducational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or a related field Dec 11 2024Pay Rate900000 - 1200000 INR Per Annum5 - 10 Years Exp 3 Vacancies
