1 Nursing Principal - Position Principal School College of Nursing Reports To Management Director Location Institution Name City Job Summary The Nursing Principal is the academic and administrative head of the Nursing College School They are responsible for overall planning supervision coordination and evaluation of all nursing education programs ensuring quality teaching discipline and compliance with regulatory standards INC State Nursing Council University etc Key Responsibilities Oversee academic planning curriculum implementation and evaluation of nursing programs Ensure adherence to the Indian Nursing Council INC and State Nursing Council norms Supervise and guide teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high academic standards Develop and implement institutional policies timetables and quality assurance systems Conduct regular staff meetings training and workshops for faculty development Maintain discipline attendance and performance records of students and staff Coordinate clinical postings and establish linkages with hospitals and healthcare institutions Prepare reports budgets and accreditation documents Represent the institution in official meetings inspections and conferences Promote research innovation and extension activities within the college Qualifications and Experience M Sc Nursing with at least 15 years of experience in Nursing Education including 5 years in a teaching or administrative post as per INC norms Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Strong understanding of curriculum design and academic governance 2 Nursing Tutor - Position Nursing Tutor Clinical Instructor Reports To Vice Principal Principal Location Institution Name City Job Summary The Nursing Tutor is responsible for delivering theoretical and clinical instruction to nursing students assisting them in developing professional knowledge skills and ethical values essential for quality nursing practice Key Responsibilities Teach nursing subjects as per the prescribed curriculum and lesson plans Conduct theory classes demonstrations and clinical supervision Guide students in patient care during hospital and community postings Assist in the preparation of teaching aids lesson plans and evaluation tools Maintain student attendance progress records and clinical evaluation reports Participate in curriculum development and examination duties Support students in research and project work Participate in faculty meetings workshops and institutional events Uphold professional ethics and contribute to a positive learning environment Qualifications and Experience M Sc Nursing or B Sc Nursing with at least one year of teaching or clinical experience as per INC norms Good communication presentation and mentoring skills Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality education Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 47 900 44 per month Work Location In person
