Job Title Finance Executive Location Baywatch Resort Sernabatim South Goa Job Type Full-time Reports To Finance Manager Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations ensure accurate reporting and support strategic financial planning The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial management Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Handle accounts payable and receivable payroll processing and bank reconciliations GST TDS VAT Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Monitor and report on financial performance and variances Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax laws and internal policies Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits Support management with data analysis and financial insights for decision-making Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures Liaise with banks vendors and other stakeholders regarding financial matters Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field Master s or CA CPA preferred Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role Strong knowledge of financial regulations accounting standards and tax laws Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP and MS Excel Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Working Conditions Office-based role with occasional travel if required May require extended hours during closing periods or audits Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location In person
