Associate Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior SRE Engineer to join our Product Reliability and Operations team We provide innovative evidence management software to some of the world s leading law firms governments and corporations We are leaders in legal digital transformation around the world As a Senior SRE Engineer you will be part of the core Platform Operations function that is responsible for security delivery and availability for multiple critical assets in the Legal Technology Portfolio You will also be expected to participate in the On-Call rotation which supports our maintenance scheduled work support and release deployment requirements About the RoleIn this opportunity you will Be a Technical Leader Implement best practices as knowledge expert in SRE methodology Be a Project Leader Strategically plan design and implement Operations projects to deliver value to customers managing multiple projects simultaneously Be an efficient Stakeholder Collaborate and engage with external and internal stakeholders such as business teams product owners project management and support team in defining priority issues and refining processes Act as point of contact in resolving stakeholder issues Be a Decision Maker Make quick and effective data driven decisions with good problem solving and analytical skills Focus on Continuous improvement and technical standards -
