Azure Data Engineer with P&C Insurance Experience

Job Description: Job Title: Azure Data Engineer Location: Onsite in Rayadurgam, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5–10 years Mandatory Skills: P&C Insurance Experience, Microsoft Fabric, Artificial Intelligence, and Azure Data Factory Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. - 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer on Azure Cloud. Experience in P&C Insurance is Must - Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Dataflows for data transformation and orchestration. - Experience with AI/ML integration – building or supporting pipelines for Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, or OpenAI models. - Solid understanding of data Modeling, ETL/ELT design patterns, lakehouse architecture, and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM or Bicep. - Knowledge of security and governance (RBAC, data masking, Purview, lineage tracking). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and OneLake. - Exposure to Azure AI services, Copilot, and Power BI AI visuals. - Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600) certification. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
