Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operations Manager (Grow More Studio)

- Client Communication (Initial Contact)
- Handle first calls/messages from incoming leads.
- Share company details, service offerings, and gather client requirements.
- Maintain professional and confident communication at all times.
- Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare and send proposals, invoices, and introductory emails to clients.
- Ensure all details are correct and follow company templates.
- Track all proposals sent and update status regularly.
- Payment Coordination
- Share payment details with clients.
- Follow up on pending payments politely but firmly.
- Maintain payment records and update management regularly.
- Operational Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (designers, marketers, etc.) for smooth execution.
- Ensure timelines are tracked and deliverables are communicated.
- Maintain daily reports of client interactions and tasks completed.
- Record Keeping
- Keep organized files of client details, agreements, invoices, and correspondence.
- Update CRM or internal tracking sheets regularly.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain professional, positive relationships with clients.
- Provide updates when required and escalate issues to management.
