We are looking for anexperienced and dynamic Store Managerto lead this iconic retail destination. Position:Store Manager Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Location for Immediate Joining & Training:Noida Headquarters Probation Period:3 Months Joining:Immediate Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage ateam of 30+ sales professionalsin a high-volume luxury retail environment. - Overseeday-to-day store operations, sales performance, inventory management, and customer experience. - Ensure smooth coordination between departments for stock movement, billing, and showroom upkeep. - Maintainhigh standards of visual merchandisingand adherence to brand SOPs. - Drive sales and customer engagement through team motivation and service excellence. Requirements: - 5+ yearsof retail experience, with at least2 years as a Store Managerin a large-format luxury or jewellery store. - Proven ability to handlelarge teams and heavy inventoryefficiently. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness torelocate to Noida immediatelyfor pre-launch training.
