Corporate Technical Trainer

Job Description: Years of Experience: 5-8 Years The purpose of the Senior Corporate Technical Trainer role is to leverage deep technical expertise and a passion for teaching to design, deliver, and continuously improve high-quality technical training programs for both freshers and experienced engineering teams. This role is critical in developing talent across multiple technology stacks such as Java, React, AWS, Quality Assurance (Manual & Automation—including Playwright), and emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The Senior Technical Trainer plays a key role in driving technical excellence by ensuring that our workforce is continuously upskilled, project-ready, and aligned with modern engineering practices, including Agile and basic project management concepts. Roles and Responsibilities - Design and deliver training programs in technologies such as Java, React, AWS, QA Automation (including Playwright), and AI/ML/GenAI for both freshers and experienced engineers. - Develop end-to-end technical curricula, including project-based modules, coding exercises, labs, automation labs, and assessments. - Create and maintain training documentation, learning materials, and evaluation frameworks. - Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended-learning sessions with high levels of engagement and clarity. - Train teams on Agile methodologies, SDLC, and basic project management practices. - Track learner performance, provide structured feedback, and guide learners through hands-on projects. - Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to align training content with project and technology needs. - Regularly update training content to reflect modern tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies. - Mentor learners and junior engineers to strengthen practical skills, coding standards, and engineering best practices. - Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to internal capability-building programs.
