We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing ERP software company The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing client relationships and driving revenue through the sale of our ERP solutions You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our ERP platform can improve their business operations Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Prospecting Identify potential clients through research networking cold calling and attending industry events Client Engagement Meet with prospects to understand their business processes and present tailored ERP solutions Product Demonstration Work with the technical team to arrange demos and answer client questions about features benefits and ROI Sales Cycle Management Manage the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to closing deals and signing contracts Target Achievement Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs CRM Management Maintain accurate records of leads opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system Collaboration Coordinate with marketing pre-sales and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding Market Intelligence Stay informed on industry trends competitor offerings and technological advancements in ERP systems Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in ERP SaaS or enterprise software Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Understanding of business processes across departments like finance inventory HR or manufacturing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Expected Start Date 24 08 2025
