Overview We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst with 7-10 years of experience to join our Human Resources team The ideal candidate will be exceptionally strong in Excel comfortable working with large and complex datasets and capable of turning data into insights that drive strategic HR decisions This role will support reporting analytics workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Key Responsibilities Develop maintain and automate HR dashboards and reports using advanced Excel functions Power Query Power Pivot macros VBA complex formulas etc Analyze large datasets to identify trends risks and opportunities across the employee lifecycle talent acquisition retention performance engagement compensation Support workforce planning headcount forecasting and organizational modeling Deliver weekly monthly quarterly and annual HR analytics reports with benchmarking and variance analysis Partner with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition Compensation and Finance teams to deliver accurate and timely data insights Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing data quality controls Translate complex data into clear visualizations and presentations for senior leadership Assist with HR technology enhancements and data governance projects Manage confidential and sensitive employee data with the highest level of discretion and compliance Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in HR analytics HR reporting or a similar data-focused HR role Expert-level Excel skills PivotTables Power Query advanced formulas macros VBA preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large complex datasets Experience with HRIS platforms Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM UKG or similar Familiarity with data visualization tools Power BI Tableau is a plus Strong understanding of HR processes metrics and best practices Exceptional attention to detail problem-solving ability and data accuracy Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Analytics Data Science or related field Master s preferred but not required What We Offer Opportunity to shape HR strategy through data-driven insights Collaborative and supportive HR and analytics teams Competitive salary benefits and opportunities for professional growth
