Rotating and Package equipment Knowledge of Static equipment will be a plus Familiarity with international codes standards and industry guidelines such as ASME API ASTM ISO NACE DEP DNV NFPA etc Sound knowledge of gas steam turbines gas compressors Heat recovery systems HRSG pumps Boilers etc Knowledge of preparation of data sheets technical specifications technical requisitions technical bid evaluations of different type of Mechanical equipment post order vendor data review and coordination with vendors Should have strong practical knowledge on Mechanical Equipment handling installation maintenance life extension etc Knowledge of material handling equipment selection and studies - offshore will be a plus Should be familiar and experience in onshore and offshore projects - Power Process Industries Green Energy and Oil Gas Should have worked in Global multi-cultural environment and carried out multi-discipline projects Familiarity with offshore sub-station layout concepts global codes and standards requirement will be a plus Personal Competencies A Good team player who communicates well open transparent and takes initiative - Interpersonal skills to be able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment Good intercommunication skills to be able to work in close coordination with different nationalities culture and clients Takes ownership and responsibility for his her deliverables Works Independently with minimum supervision and least support from others Willing to learn and grow Flexible Should be able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues Interest to contribute be part of and develop with Green Energy projects Job Responsibilities90 Execute work in compliance with the project requirements and the Company s quality system Equipment Selection Preparation Checking of Sizing Calculations Preparation Checking of Datasheets and specifications for all the Rotating and Package Equipment Preparation Checking of RFQ and Purchase Requisition of all the Mechanical Equipment Preparation of Technical Queries Technical Bid Evaluation and Technical Recommendation Vendor Drawings and Documentation Review Handle a team of Engineers as required Close Interaction with other disciplines groups 10 Help HOD Team Lead in other department functions and development activities not mentioned here Implementing Lean in Projects - Optimize the engineering and design process in terms of manhours schedule and quality Support in Proposals - Estimating and preparation of Mechanical Deliverables Work package documentation Success Criteria Timely delivery of projects with right quality within budget and schedule Minimize client complaints Coordinate within team and other departments and projects to minimize quality errors claims Continuously improve methods and lessons learnt to optimize client value Efficient utilization of Manpower Compliance with Ramboll Values Should add value to projects QualificationsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company For this role we believe your starting point is Bachelor Master of Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent degree from recognized university 10 to 12 years of experience in Power Process Industries Green Energy and Oil Gas Well familiar with International codes and standards materials specifications calculations and datasheets for rotating and package equipment Have thorough knowledge of Rotating Equipment -
