We are looking for interns with a strong understanding and keen interest in the Beauty & Wellness Category to join our Lifestyle Product (LSP) Department at Vaibhav Global Limited. The ideal candidates should possess solid product knowledge, be comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and be open to Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunities based on performance. This internship provides hands-on exposure to beauty product development, sourcing, and category management in a global retail environment. Key Responsibilities - Support beauty product development, sourcing, and vendor coordination. - Conduct market research and trend analysis for beauty and wellness products. - Maintain product data sheets, costing details, and sample tracking. - Collaborate with design, quality, and merchandising teams for smooth product execution. - Prepare reports, presentations, and category analysis documents as needed. Requirements - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cosmetics, Beauty, Retail, Fashion, or related fields. - Strong interest and understanding of beauty and wellness products and trends. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation. - Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
