About Company The clients produces oil-filled transformers for various electricity grids It also offers repair servicing and turnkey projects for power transformers and T D power projects An Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate should have complete electro-mechanical design of mobile substations of 132 kV voltage class encompassing equipment selection layout and mounting arrangement on hydraulic axle articulated trailer complying with transportation limitations while ensuring electrical mechanical safety designing the mounting arrangements for the different equipment on trailers along with mechanical fixtures etc complying with customer requirements Key Competencies 1 Load vibration mechanical analysis considering impact of gravitational forces vertical horizontal acceleration on the various components towards maintaining structural integrity of the integrated solution during movement transport 2 Periodic supervision of solution during assembly in the factory towards complying with engineering information released 3 Experience of arrangement and integration of essential components like Power Transformers GIS Switchgear control equipment DC and battery power source Auxillary Transformers etc on hydraulic mechanical axle articulated trailers complying with transportation requirements relevant grid codes etc 4 Experience of providing earthing arrangement on such trailers 5 Intimate familiarity with relevant IEC standards governing the multiple items comprising the mobile substation
