Reports to: Sr. Director Product & Engineering Operations

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and optimize the execution of our growing SaaS portfolio. This leadership role will focus on overseeing the strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of our engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge software applications and platform solutions. Key Responsibilities:
. Lead Engineering Execution: Manage the overall execution of the SaaS product roadmap, including both applications and platform. Ensure that development teams meet deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to drive alignment on strategic goals, prioritize initiatives, and maintain clear communication across geographically dispersed teams.
. Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering function, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability of the SaaS product portfolio.
. Program Governance: Develop and implement program management processes and frameworks that drive continuous improvement and ensure the on-time delivery of projects while maintaining high quality.
. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering managers and teams. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes learning, growth, and the sharing of knowledge.
. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to program success, including resource constraints, technical challenges, and project delays.
. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report on the health of programs, key milestones, and potential roadblocks to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing engineering teams, ideally within a SaaS environment. You have a track record of successfully managing complex engineering programs from initiation through delivery.
. Strong Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software engineering practices, SaaS delivery models, and cloud architectures. You can speak the language of engineering while being able to bridge the gap with non-technical stakeholders.
. Expert in Program Management: Expertise in applying Agile, Scrum, or PMI project management methodologies. You know how to build processes that improve team efficiency and drive accountability.
. Operational Focus: Extensive experience in optimizing engineering operations to improve performance, scalability, and quality across multiple products and teams.
. Effective Communicator: Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. You are skilled at managing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and can lead change effectively.
. Strategic Vision: Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with tactical execution. You can anticipate industry trends, align resources effectively, and help the company scale successfully.
