Company Description We are the largest English language solutions provider operating in India and Sri Lanka. We cater to the schools, colleges, universities and government departments. We are expanding into modern languages. In phase one, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Course Manager, located in India. The Course Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of educational courses and language programs. Responsibilities include developing course materials, managing course schedules, coordinating with educators, and ensuring effective communication between staff and students. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to track and report on course progress to achieve program goals. Qualifications - Project and Course Management skills, including planning and coordinating courses - Experience with Curriculum Development, Lesson Planning, and designing educational content - Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with multiple stakeholders - Problem-solving and Decision-making skills for addressing challenges and enhancing efficiency in course delivery - Attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask under deadlines - Proficiency in educational technology or learning platforms is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language Studies, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
