Job Description

Sam Birthing and Beyond is dedicated to providing holistic support and resources for parents-to-be, new parents, and their growing families. We offer a wide range of prenatal and postnatal fitness programs, educational workshops, and personalized consults. You will be the face of the centreensuring smooth daily operations, managing client interactions, maintaining communication with families, handling sales, and coordinating all classes and pop-up activities. This is a multi-functional role that combines administration, customer service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

- Manage daily centre operations including housekeeping, opening/closing and cleanliness. Maintain the class schedule and ensure timely updates across all platforms.
- Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and events.
- Class Cancel or change of timings to be updated to all members.

Client Management

- Greet and assist walk-in clients; act as the go-to person for all inquiries. Maintain client database and track attendance, renewals, and feedback. Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and convert leads into bookings.

Communication & Community

- Manage WhatsApp groups: class reminders, event updates, and parent queries. Ensure clients receive timely updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Build a rapport with regular clients to drive repeat engagement.

Sales & Pop-Ups

- Support the retail section by tracking and selling products and parenting essentials. Maintain inventory and ensure proper display of retail and sponsored products. Promote class packs, memberships, and birthday/event bookings.

Growth & Support

- Suggest ideas to enhance customer experience and engagement. Provide support during events, playdates, and workshops.

Sama App including:

- Oversee and manage the App in and out.
- Member registrations and logins along with new leads to be managed.
- Monitoring and updating class attendance and schedules.
- Handling admin access and ensuring smooth backend functioning.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and usage analytics.
- Be well-versed with the Sama Apps features to assist clients and trainers as needed. Assist with queries on App by customers or resolve their issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree preferred; prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or education sector is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with basic tech tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM systems, Word Doc). Warm, approachable personality with a service-first mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Work Days & Timing: 6 Days a Week | 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (some flexibility required during events)

Salary Range: 12,000-20,000 Per month
