- FDE Teacher Position FDE Teacher Foundation Pre-primary Early Childhood Qualification B Ed Early Childhood Education Foundation Teaching or Diploma in Early Childhood Education ECE Montessori Nursery Teacher Certification preferred Experience Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in pre-primary or foundation level Responsibilities Teach and nurture children at foundational pre-primary level ages 3-6 Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum Conduct fun interactive sessions to develop language cognitive social motor skills Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe positive learning environment Observe and document child development and provide feedback to parents Prepare teaching material worksheets and activity charts Organize events story sessions art craft and co-curricular activities Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings Skills Required Patience creativity and strong communication skills Ability to engage young children effectively Knowledge of early childhood education techniques Familiarity with digital learning tools preferred
