Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content & Social Media Manager to take charge of our content strategy and social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with a creative knack & passion for creating brand content strategy, blogs for websites & managing social media channels to grow our online presence and reputation. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will collaborate with Founders, Functional Heads, and Execution Leaders to build a brand from the ground up and drive impactful communication and organic growth strategies.

This is a full time work from office role

Location: HSR, Bangalore

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management
- Take ownership of BabyMD's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn)
- Create monthly content calendars and share engaging posts, reel, live content independently and coordinate with external agencies to produce high-quality content.
- Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats of posts including formats such as live sessions, webinars etc
- Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influencing content across social media platforms.
- Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimise social media strategies.
- Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing

- Content / Copywriting
- Craft compelling ad copy for static posts, carousels, and video scripts that enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion.
- Develop landing page content copy and collaborate on layouts to increase form fill percentages and overall lead generation.
- Write persuasive ad copy and messaging for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Write and optimise SEO-driven blog content to improve BabyMD's online search visibility.
- Review and quality-check SEO blogs written by other contributors, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand voice.

- Content Production:
- Write scripts, co-ordinate for shoots, give directions & produce high quality videos
- Any brand activity that needs to be done for ex. Vox Pop, Podcasts etc

- PR Management:
- Collaborate with PR agencies & vendors to ensure brand visibility to Founders & VC fraternity
- Regular post on Linkedin to stay relevant in the network

Qualifications / Skills:

- 3-6 years of experience in content writing, content creation, social media management, digital marketing & SEO preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to write and verify SEO-optimised content
- Proven track record of growing organic reach through social media
- Excellent communication and brand building skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends in digital content and social media
- Ability to manage online reputation and customer feedback professionally.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their analytics.
- Familiarity with performance marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation would be a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating clear, concise, and persuasive copy.
- Project Management:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with agencies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability & Trend Spotting:
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing social media trends and platforms, with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities for engagement and growth
