AI Engineer

Summary
We're a fast-growing startup building multi-AI agent systems that revolutionize Ops with LLM-driven capabilities. We need a 10x Engineer proficient in Python, LLM tech-stack, and micro services who thrive on rapid innovation. The role involves creating, deploying, and maintaining AI-driven features that tackle real-world DevOps and Observability challenges, ensuring high code quality through test-driven development. Hackathon enthusiasm and open-source contributions are strongly valued.

Responsibilities
Develop & Maintain AI Agents :
Build Python-based LLM applications (Flask/FastAPI), harnessing frameworks like Hugging Face, spaCy, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
Prototype & Integrate ML Models :
Quickly experiment with different machine learning models (anomaly detection, random forest, etc.) to find the best fit for each use case.
Deploy Micro services :
Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, deploying on Azure/AWS/GCP with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Coordinate with SRE and DevOps teams to design solutions that optimize Observability (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) and performance.
Hackathon & Open-Source :
Engage in hackathons or open-source initiatives, applying creativity to rapidly prototype and refine features.

Tech Stack & Skills
Core :
Python, LLM libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn), TDD (pytest), Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD Tools :
GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
Bonus :
Java, React, Observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)
Hackathon/Open-Source :
Participation is a strong plus, demonstrating creativity and a competitive edge

Qualifications
Experience :
0–5 years in software development, particularly AI/ML-based projects
Skills :
Strong at Coding, Solid foundation in Python;
familiarity with AI, ML, and LLM concepts
Mindset :
Comfortable iterating rapidly, pivoting quickly, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup
Teamwork :
Excellent communication skills;
self-driven with minimal supervision
