Provide more opportunities for internships, placements, and global exposure. Encourage student innovation through incubation and entrepreneurship programs. 5. Financial & Resource Management Manage finances effectively to ensure growth and sustainability. Raise funds through grants, partnerships, alumni, and CSR initiatives. Oversee infrastructure development as per the university’s vision. Maintain balance between cost efficiency and quality. Qualifications & Experience Ph.D. in Management or Engineering (mandatory) from a top institute (IITs, IIMs, IISc, or equivalent). 25+ years of academic or institutional leadership experience. Experience in academic governance, institution building, and international collaboration. Preferred age: 50–60 years. Key Skills & Attributes Visionary and strategic leadership.
