Job Description

The Trainer - Electrical is responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training to candidates in electrical subjects. The ideal candidate should hold an ITI, Diploma, or Degree qualification with 2 to 4 years of relevant training experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on electrical systems, components, and safety procedures.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and lesson plans tailored to the curriculum.
- Assess trainees progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Demonstrate practical electrical skills and ensure hands-on learning.
- Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in the electrical field.
- Collaborate with management to enhance training programs and curriculum.
- Prepare reports on training activities and trainee performance.

Requirements

- ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an electrical trainer or in a similar role.
