Position: Azure Data Engineer Experience: 6+ Years Employment

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Azure Data Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining secure and scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks, along with proven skills in ETL development, data modeling, and automation. You will play a critical role in enabling reliable and high-performance data solutions that power analytics and business insights across domains

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Implement ETL processes and data modeling solutions to support seamless data integration.
- Work with Azure Synapse Analytics and Databricks for large-scale data processing and advanced analytics.
- Develop custom data processing logic using Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver end-to-end data solutions aligned with business goals.
- Integrate external systems via Logic Apps and REST APIs for workflow automation.
- Use Git and Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and automated deployments.
- Ensure solutions are performance-tuned, secure, and reliable, supporting downstream reporting and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
- Strong background in ETL development, data modeling, and data integration from multiple sources.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Experience with Logic Apps, REST APIs, Git, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
