We are Hiring: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant

Location: Remote, India

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Likely to Extend & chances of conversion to employee)

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are looking for a Highly experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise

- Hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools
- Strong hands on exprience in Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a full-time remote contract role.

* Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) exprience is Must. Please do not apply for the position if you don't have exprience in EPM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules ( Planning, PBCS etc.). Should be expert on this.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide a company's major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning.
- Good understanding and knowledge on FCCS, ARCS
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
- Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Desired Profile:

- Key skills are Financial Planning and Analysis & PBCS.
- 3+ years of Hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, Onestream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC)
- 3+ years of strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation
- 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Able to work independently from an offshore location

Preferred Skills:

- Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance
- Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials)
- Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain
- Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience

Work Timings:

- Flexibility to align with US business hours
- Availability during key milestone meetings

Important Notes:

- 3+ years of exprience in EPM is Must
- Candidates with dual employment history are not preferred
- Immediate joiners or max 30 days' notice period only
- This is a full-time contract role (not part-time or hourly)
