Job Description Key Responsibilities Student Counselling & Support - Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students on academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns - Address issues like exam stress, anxiety, low motivation, time management, and concentration difficulties Psychometric & Aptitude Assessment - Administer standardized tests to assess students strengths, career inclinations, and learning needs - Interpret results to guide career and academic planning Wellness Programs & Workshops - Design and conduct workshops on topics such as stress management, mental health awareness, study skills, and life skills - Lead wellness campaigns aligned with the academic calendar and student needs Collaboration & Stakeholder Coordination - Work closely with faculty, academic staff, and administrative departments to provide holistic student care - Recommend academic accommodations or referrals for students with special needs Documentation & Reporting - Maintain confidential counselling records in a secure and professional manner - Prepare periodic reports highlighting key trends and intervention outcomes Referral & Crisis Intervention - Identify cases that need external psychological or psychiatric intervention and coordinate accordingly - Offer support during critical phases such as exams, campus transitions, or placement seasons
