Cinematographer & Video Specialist (Mid-Level) Location: Navi Mumbai | Full-time We are looking for a skilled Cinematographer & Video Specialist to join our internal communications team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with cameras, lighting, and audio systems, and capable of handling end-to-end video production for corporate communication needs. You will work on a wide range of content including corporate videos, leadership messages, interviews, product explainers, podcasts, internal events, and webinar recordings. Key Responsibilities Cinematography & Direction - Shoot high-quality corporate videos using professional camera and lighting setups. - Set up 2-point/3-point lighting, shape light effectively, and maintain consistent visual quality. - Provide on-set guidance and basic direction to internal presenters and talent. - Ensure framing, composition, and camera movements meet corporate aesthetic standards. Studio & Technical Operations - Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, audio recorders, and related gear. - Manage studio environment, equipment organization, and technical readiness. - Capture clean audio using lavalier, boom, podcast mics, or event mics as needed. Live Events & Webinars - Support internal live events, leadership town halls, and webinars. - Operate single or multi-camera event setups. - Handle basic streaming systems, video switchers, and audio routing. Post-Production Collaboration - Coordinate closely with editors by providing shot logs, clear footage organization, and production notes. - Perform basic editing when required (optional). Requirements - 3–8 years of experience as a Cinematographer, Camera Operator, or Video Specialist. - Strong understanding of professional cameras (Sony/Canon/Blackmagic or similar). - Excellent knowledge of lighting techniques and studio setups. - Comfortable setting up mics, audio interfaces, and basic AV workflows. - Familiarity with webinar or event streaming tools is a plus. - Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve) preferred. - Strong communication and ability to work in a corporate environment. - Hands-on, technically sound, and detail-oriented. - Creative eye with strong understanding of visual storytelling. - Comfortable working with leadership and internal teams. - Able to manage shoots independently and handle fast-paced timelines.
